Wine Advocate-Parker : Ripe pear, pineapple and quince in the nose with a pine-like resinous overtone to Deiss's 2010 Burg leads to a rich, lusciously juicy palate and a sustained finish. As with the corresponding 2011, there is a strikingly floral dimension that compliments - as well as an underlying stoniness that admirably sets off - the fruit, leading to a finish of glowing length. I am surprised that the 2011 manages to be slightly clearer and more refined than this 2010, but either is memorable and likely to be worth revisiting through 2028.
