The estate
Domaine Olivier Pithon was founded in 2001. Steeped in the world of vines from an early age, Olivier Pithon acquired 7 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Roussillon in 2001, with support from Domaine Gauby in his early years.
The vineyard
A benchmark among the great wines of Roussillon, Domaine Olivier Pithon tends a vineyard that was fully converted to biodynamic farming in 2014.
The wine
Cuvée Laïs 2020 is a Côtes du Roussillon Villages wine from a terroir with soils of marl, limestone and schist.
