Initially marked by buttery and brioche aromas with a honeyed touch of evolution, the nose reveals a richness blending candied fruits, spices and smoky notes, evoking gingerbread, iris, dried apricots, candied citrus fruits, cardamom and graphite.

Palate
The palate combines richness and vivacity, offering a subtle balance where the gourmet freshness of the aromatic matches with the silky texture and the crystalline finesse of the minerality.

The property

Nestled in the heart of the Alps, the vineyard of Domaine Partagé - Gilles Berlioz extends over steep slopes, benefiting from a unique terroir marked by an alpine climate. This latter, enriched by the influence of the lakes, guarantees freshness, vivacity and a beautiful minerality to the wines. Founded in 1990, this human-sized estate, managed by Christine, Gilles Berlioz and their teams, takes its name from this collaborative approach.
