A Rich and Harmonious White Wine from Languedoc
The Estate
A true treasure of Languedoc, Les Vignes Oubliées is the result of a collaboration between Jean-Baptiste Granier and Olivier Jullien. Driven by passion, they have undertaken to preserve old high-altitude vines located in Saint-Privat, in Larzac, on soils composed of schist, sandstone, and clay-limestone. The vineyard is managed according to organic farming principles. Through authentic cuvées, conducive to conviviality and sharing, Les Vignes Oubliées creates superb Languedoc wines.
The Vineyard
The Blanc Cuvée from Domaine Les Vignes Oubliées is a wine from the Coteaux du Languedoc made from vines grown without the use of herbicides or synthetic products.
Vinification and Aging
The grapes are hand-harvested, and the aging is done in 500-liter concrete eggs.
Blend
70% Grenache Blanc, 15% Clairette, and 15% Roussanne.
