Description
The Trimbach Family introduces its cuvée Pinot Gris Sélection de Grains Nobles vintage 2005. This is a racy wine of a commendable vintage. It has a bright straw-coloured robe. On the nose, it is very elegant and unveils papaya, peach and lemon notes; the whole is built-up by mineral and woody accents. On the mouth, this Sélection Grains Nobles 2005 is fresh and mouthwatering, with small and quaffering honeyed notes yet well balanced by a bold acidity. The finish is spicy and persistant.
