Description
This top of the range Exception Sancerre cuvee, made by Pascal Jolivet, is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc. To make this great wine, the 3 parcels: Chêne Marchand, Mont Damné and Clos du Roy were precisely selected on the greatest soils of Sancerrois. The nose of Exception 2012 is intense. It exudes typical citrus fruit, peach, mineral and gunflint fragrances. On the mouth, the flavours are round, rich and toasty with a buttery long finish. A clear-cut yet delectable Sancerre.
