With experience working, since the 1970's, for several prestigious estates (including Pride Mountain Vineyards, Switchback Ridge, Hourglass, Paloma, School House, and Engel Family wines) Robert Foley knows the terroirs of Napa Valley like the back of his hand. His namesake estate is home to a vineyard at 2,000 feet on Howell Mountain, planted with high quality Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Foley also sources fruit some several growers in the area, selected with meticulous care and prioritised for their well-draining, hillside locations. The Robert Foley Vineyards portfolio includes a wide range of styles and varietals, including the ever-changing Griffin blend and a single-varietal made from his muse, the rare Charbono grape.
