Saxum Vineyards Wines : Key Points

Located in the Willow Creek district of Paso Robles, the Saxum Vineyards winery produces fine Californian wines that authentically express their terroir of origin and the nuances of each vintage.

The vineyard is located on steep hillsides that are swept by cool ocean breezes. This terroir is unique in that its rocky limestone soils encourage the vines to root deeply.

The vineyards are grown sustainably without the use of chemical fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides and produce low yields that are renowned for their exceptionally high quality. The grapes are harvested when ripe and then vinified with a minimalist approach.

Saxum Vineyards' production is limited and is divided into several vintages: Broken Stones, James Berry Vineyard, G2 Vineyard, Bone Rock, Rocket Block, Booker Vineyard, Paderewski Vineyard, Heart Stone Vineyard and Terry Hoage Vineyard.
