Terrazas de los Andes : Chardonnay 2022

The grapes come from an Andean vineyard located at over 1,200 metres in altitude. Cool fermentation and ageing in partly new French and American oak barrels. To preserve freshness, malolactic fermentation was almost entirely avoided. Highly aromatic, with plenty of candied pineapple, mango, ripe apricot and vanilla. On the palate, refreshingly crisp, with green apple, lemon and an astonishingly cool finish.
