The 2014 Terres from Thierry Germain’s Domaine des Roches Neuves -single-grape Chenin Blanc- is aged 12 months in barrels. Born in the Saumur appellation, this 2014 vintage reveals a clear straw hue, and a pleasantly fresh nose mixed with strong minerals and orange peel notes. The palate is thick, round, and leads to a light tannins on the finish.
