Villa Baulieu 2011

Done manually, as most of the vineyard tasks, the date of harvesting is decided by tasting. The freshness of the fruit is the priority from Villa Baulieu team. Villa Baulieu 2011 dry white wine on Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence is very balanced. The clear, brilliant colour is characterised by pale green tinges. The nose is very Mediterranean (Provence) with dominant white fruits (peaches) and honeysuckle. This wine is made with 70 % Rolle, 30 % Sauvignon.
