Adami : Dei Casel Extra Dry

The Prosecco Dei Casel of Adami is pure Glera wine, and comes from Valdobbiadene, Vidor and Farra di Soligo hills. The name Dei Casel appears on this flagship cuvee label since it is the nickname of the Adami family. Different types of soils, mainly calcarous soils, with a good south orientation result in a fresh and fruity Prosecco Dei Casel.
The wine displays a clear yellow colour with a creamy and delicate mousse as well as a beautiful effervescence. The aromatic bouquet is generous on fruits with apple, peach and exotic fruit notes. Delicate floral notes are also felt, dominated by acacia aromas. The nose is balanced, elegant, and crispy, so is the palate. The latter offers a silky texture and an intense fruit. The finish is long and foreshadows a good ageing potential.
