Nose
The aromatic bouquet opens with floral and fruity notes, blending white flowers, citrus fruits and juicy pear. A subtle touch of almond and a fine mineral thread complete this delicate ensemble.
Palate
Juicy and precise, the palate offers a lovely balance thanks to a lively acidity and a delicately smooth texture. It unfolds with fluidity towards a lingering finish, marked by a pleasant salinity and great freshness.
Food and Wine Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, this white wine pairs beautifully with seafood antipasti, an asparagus risotto or a chicken salad. It also perfectly complements specialities such as vitello tonnato or delicate fish like grilled trout.

The Freshness and Precision of a White Wine from the Langhe
The Estate
The history of the Antinori - Prunotto estate truly began in 1923, when Alfredo Prunotto took over an old cooperative located in Alba, in Piedmont. Having become a benchmark in the region, the estate distinguished itself through its innovative approach, notably by isolating its finest crus as early as the 1960s. Today, the estate belongs to the prestigious Antinori family, who acquired it in 1994. Under the presidency of Albiera Antinori, the 65-hectare vineyard continues to combine regional tradition with modernity, producing wines renowned for their elegance and their faithfulness to the terroir.
The Vineyard
The grapes used for this cuvée come from carefully selected plots, located at altitude on the gentle hills surrounding Alba, at the heart of the Langhe appellation. This terroir benefits from refreshing morning breezes, offering ideal conditions to preserve the liveliness and aromatic clarity of the grapes. The estate favours conventional yet rigorous viticulture, with cool and highly selective harvests to ensure optimal fruit quality.
Winemaking and Ageing
The making of the Arveja Arneis 2025 is designed to preserve the purity of the fruit. Vinification takes place exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, avoiding any contact with wood. This tailored ageing process enhances the freshness and clarity of the aromas. This Italian wine is then carefully filtered before being bottled under a natural cork stopper.
Grape Variety
100% arneis.
