Description
The 2015 Whispering Angel has a lovely pale salmon colour in the glass. The nose opens up with lush aromas of tropical fruits and ripe strawberries. It is bright and refreshing on the palate, with ripe red fruit and crisp citrus notes. The lengthy finish ends on juicy strawberry notes intertwined with lively minerality. This vintage is a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvedre.
