An exceptional rosé champagne from Maison Savart
The property
In just a few years, Frédéric Savart has established himself as an emblematic figure of Champagne, its terroirs and author wines. Driven by unwavering ambition, he took over the family estate to produce champagnes with a strong identity, precise and elegant.
The vineyard
Cultivated according to the precepts of organic farming, the Domaine Savart extends over four hectares located in the Ecueil sector, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims in Champagne.
Vinification and ageing
This rosé champagne, mainly made from premier crus, is composed of 85% of the 2016 harvest and 15% of the 2015 harvest. Aged for five years on slats, this extra-brut has a dosage of 2 grams per litre. The disgorging was carried out in July 2023.
