Rock Angel 2016 from Chateau d'Esclans: a fresh and elegant Côtes de Provence
Rock Angel from Chateau d'Esclans is a rose produced in the Côtes de Provence appellation. The grapes are selected from the best parcels of land on the estate. Harvest starts at sunrise and lasts until noon. The grapes are sorted optically, electronically and three times by hand. The juice is vinified in demi-muids (600L barrels) and in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Rock Angel 2016 from Chateau d'Esclans is a blend of Grenache and Rolle.
