Tasting

Color
The color reveals a bright pale pink hue, enhanced by subtle rosy highlights.

Nose
The delicate nose expresses a lovely aromatic freshness, between stone fruits and ripe peach.

Palate
The palate opens with a broad and precise attack. The whole is balanced and indulgent, with a persistent finish marked by a refined saline note.

Food & Wine Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé will also perfectly accompany grilled fish, shellfish, composed salads, as well as dishes with Mediterranean nuances and a light spiciness.

Serving and Cellaring
Serve between 10 and 12°C to reveal all its brilliance. This wine is ready to drink but can also be cellared until 2027 to gain in complexity.

The finesse and elegance of a Côtes de Provence rosé

The estate
Château Léoube is nestled in the heart of Cap Bénat on one of Europe’s most preserved natural sites. Owned by a British family for a decade, the estate combines winemaking expertise with respect for nature. Certified organic (ECOCERT label since 2011), it follows a demanding and sustainable agro-environmental approach, blending vine, olive and orchard cultivation.

The vineyard
This Côtes de Provence estate spans 560 hectares, of which 65 are dedicated to vines, in a natural cove that protects it from the mistral. The terroir rests on schist and clay soils, tempered by the marine influence and cool nights, offering an ideal environment for the cultivation of Provençal grape varieties.

Winemaking and aging
The grapes are carefully sorted in the vineyard and then hand-harvested. After direct pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats. A natural clarification precedes bottling, ensuring a pure and expressive wine.

Blend
Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
