Cool expression, smoky, white peach, lavender blossoms; taut palate, crisp fruit, perfectly balanced acidity, plenty of grip, juicy, balanced, lots of energy, great length. Excellent, with potential.

Fresh thyme and chive notes lead the way, followed by a plump core of citrus oil and white nectarine. The pure, unadorned finish lingers, with a hint of oyster shell. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Drink now through 2027. 1,500 cases made, 300 cases imported.

Bright and alive, with good focus and clarity straight away. Zesty, a touch of oak on the finish just adds nuance. I like the bitter orange, lime juice and a hint of pineapple. Good detail and complexity, this has drive and persistence.

80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sémillon. Cask sample. Light nose. Just a little light in terms of impact on the palate too. Very tart but certainly refreshing. Great wine for a very hot day? (JR)

Pale straw yellow with silver reflections. Delicate notes of peach and pineapple, subtle blossom honey and a hint of meadow herbs on the nose. Medium-complexity palate with white fruit, subtle acidity and a hint of sweetness. Offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure. (1/2025, PM).

A blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon, the 2022 Château Olivier Blanc offers a reductive, grassy nose with crushed stone, medium-bodied weight, and good acidity. Focused and clean, with impressive concentration and integrated acidity, this is a fresh and lively Pessac-Léognan. Aged 10 months in oak, it should drink well for 10-12 years. Total production: 1,500 cases.

Delicate scent of vineyard peach, lemon balm and lychee. On the juicy palate, lively nerve and a peppery extract. In the focused, aromatic finish, grapefruit zest, Nepal pepper and lemon essence, rounded off.

Always a white wine that I enjoy, this has a juicy opening, with a scrape of slate and salt, edges of preserved lemons and nectarine pit, an opulent edge that is more pronounced than during En Primeur, well balanced and hard to argue with. 34 hl/ha yield, 35% new oak for ageing, 8 ha of vines for the white, 25 years average age. A beautiful, distinctive nose of immaculate purity that evokes beach holidays, with notes of seafood and immortelle. On the palate, the wine proves serious and complex; it will age beautifully.

Notes of white flowers, fresh mango and passion fruit. Slightly saline on the attack, the wine is elegant and has good density. It can be enjoyed young, but its substance gives it a respectable ageing potential.

The nose is fruity, aromatic and full, offering precision, a lovely grainy texture, depth and a gastronomic character. It reveals notes of quince and ripe citrus and, more lightly, juicy/pulpy green apple, combined with touches of apple blossom, almost acacia, a discreet hint of honeyed character, toasted almond and a very subtle hint of spice in the background. The palate is beautifully handled—round, rich, supple, airy and delicate—and offers precision, refined creaminess and delicacy within the power of its grain. On the palate, this wine shows notes of pulpy apple and juicy/pulpy yellow peach and, more lightly, mirabelle, joined by touches of quince, toasted almond and mandarin, with subtle hints of lees stirring/buttery nuances. Beautifully crafted. A very discreet touch of acacia in the background on the finish.

Pale color with green highlights. An intense, delicate, fruity, pure nose with a hint of menthol. Broad on the attack, highly aromatic mid-palate, the wine develops with excellent structure and plenty of richness, leading to a long, savory and perfumed finish. Blend: 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sémillon.

Sauvignon takes the lead on the nose, with secondary notes of lemon, butter, and smoke. The whole is extremely powerful, broad, and almost tannic. This is a bottle built for ageing and fine gastronomy. The length is remarkable.
