Unanimously acclaimed by the press and international critics, Château Palais Cardinal 2015 is a great vintage for this beautiful property.
Located on the right bank of Bordeaux, in the south of the appellation Saint-Émilion, the Château Palais Cardinal watches over an exceptional vineyard located in the commune of Saint-Sulpice de Faleyrens with vines aged 40 years on average and sandy-gravelly soils.
Hand-picked, the grapes are then subjected to a selection process with densimetric sorting. A great wine of the estate, Château Palais Cardinal 2015 is made from a blend of Merlot (75%), from Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Cabernet Franc (5%). The wine is aged for 15 months in new oak barrels.
The fruit of an exceptional vintage for the Bordeaux region, Château Palais Cardinal 2015 presents the signature of the very great Saint-Emilion.
