Covering more than 130 hectares, Chorey-lès-Beaune is a Burgundy appellation located in the commune of Chorey-lès-Beaune, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. The vines of Chorey-lès-Beaune benefit from terroirs made up of marl-limestone alluvial soils, gravel, clay-limestone and sandy soils. The Chorey-lès-Beaune appellation produces mainly red wines, but also white wines. The Chardonnay wines of the Chorey-lès-Beaune appellation are quite fruity and supple, developing a magnificent and persistent intensity. The red Pinot Noir wines have very elegant tannins and are round, powerful and very fruity.
