An intense, deep Languedoc - Pic Saint Loup wine
The estate
Already the owner of a wine estate in Valflaunès (Hérault), Jean-Pierre Girard acquired Domaine Peyrus in 2019. Founded in 2010 by Christophe Peyrus and 3 fellow enthusiasts, the estate was renamed Clos des Reboussiers.
The vineyard
From 8.5 hectares of vines planted at an altitude of 300 metres in the commune of Cazevieille, Clos des Reboussiers crafts Languedoc wines renowned for their freshness and aromatic richness, using vines averaging 15 years of age.
Vinification and ageing
This Languedoc - Pic Saint Loup wine is aged for 12 months in concrete vats and large oak foudres.
