Description
An old legend says that the name of this large estate in Saint-Julien is attached to the Connetable Talbot, a famous soldier defeated at the Castillon battle in 1453. Connetable Talbot isthe second wine of Chateau Talbot, which is one of the oldest estates in Médoc. This 2015 vintage represents 64% Merlot and 36% Cabernet Sauvignon.
It releases red cherry, white pepper and mint notes that bring a delicious and fresh note to it. Woody hints pair with this beautiful aromatic palette. The 2015 Connetable Talbot offers an ample and silky attack, associated to certain suppleness throughout the palate. This suppleness characterizes this delicate wine that can be appreciated in its youth. The 2015 Connetable Talbot is a scrumptious and pleasurable second wine.
