A powerful Delas Condrieu wine with concentrated flavors

A great wine from the Rhône Valley produced in the Condrieu appellation, the Clos Boucher 2015 from Maison Delas Frères is a cuvee produced by parcel selection. Only grapes coming from the "Clos Boucher" plot become part of this great white wine. "Clos Boucher" enjoys an ideal southern exposure, with vines planted on the hillsides of slopes with granite soils, overlooking the river Rhone.

An exceptional single-varietal cuvée made of 100% Viognier, the Delas Condrieu Clos Boucher 2015 is only produced during the great years and always in very limited quantities.

In the glass, the Delas Condrieu Clos Boucher 2015 shows off a delicate, pale gold colour with golden reflections. A superb expression of Viognier, the nose seduces with the richness of its aromas. Without being too overwhelming, the olfactory palette is characterised by concentrated notes of exotic fruit, peaches and apricots. On the palate, the notes perceived on the nose explode, evolving an ample and rich texture, underlined by just the right amount of nice woody touches. Distinctive and powerful, a Condrieu of great scale from the Delas estate.
