Description
Coming exclusively from vineyards located on the Grasberg- it has an altitude of 340 meters at the top of the Altenberg de Bergheim grand cru- the vintage 2008 of the Grasberg cuvée of the Domaine Marcel Deiss is composed of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. Its poor limestone soils and its North-East exposure make this white wine a complex, fruity and long one. On the nose, the cuvée Grasberg 2008 of house Marcel Deiss reveals a true explosion of jammy citrus fruits. The Alsace aromatic bouquet is enhanced by notes of fresh mint leaves. On the mouth, it is bold with a softer finish : this wine is a great wine from Alsace.
