Domaine Marcel Deiss : Mambourg Grand cru 2009

The vintage 2009 of cuvée Mambourd of the Domaine Marcel Deiss was produced from Pinots cultivated on oligocene limestone. It surprises by its delicious aromatic finesse. This exceptional white wine was bred on deposits for a year and possesses a deep, crystal clear robe. The cuvée Mambourd 2009 Marcel Deiss unveils an aromatic bouquet, first dominated by yellow fruits and fresh bread, with an evolution to vanilla and woody notes, as well as leather and orange peel accents. On the mouth, this Alsace grand cru is nervous with a flaming and oily acidity. The finish is structured and reminds one of the bold fruit on the nose and the chalky terroirs.
