A lovely white, with a flourish of yuzu, Meyer lemon, clementine and white peach aromas and flavors leading the way, all held together with finely stitched notes of salted butter and quinine through the long, glistening finish. Best from 2027 through 2032. 700 cases made.

Pure and minerally, with subtle white blossom and white fruit aromas. Medium-bodied with a lovely texture, white fruit flavors and refreshing acidity. Poised and restrained, with a subtle but long finish. 100% semillon. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drinkable now, but better in three more years.

Flowers, green apples, orange rind, and musky, yellow citrus crowd into the perfume. On the palate, the wine is vibrant, and juicy, with a crisp pineapple note in the fresh, energetic finish. The wine is produced from 100% Semillon and is aged on its lees in glass, wine globes. Drink from 2026-2032. 91-91 Pts

Slim, green apple, citrus, apple blossom, sage and pear. Savoury, good balance and grip, a delicious wine to look out for. Unoaked. Aged in Wineglobes for 8 months with battonage. September 5-7, pH 3.3.

Score: 92-94. A pure, sparkling nose combining yellow fruits and opulent flowers. The wine is delightful on the palate—harmonious and enticing—with pristine fruit, leading into a fine mineral finish.

The bouquet of Lilium immediately highlights its devotion to subtlety, while showing a touch of reduction, linked to its ageing ambitions. Dense on the attack, the wine combines breadth, freshness and energy. It has depth, muscle and a fleshy texture, underpinned by fine bitters that bring a nuanced austerity. A wine that unfolds progressively, will find its place at the table, and does not hesitate to step out of its comfort zone to rank among the very greatest dry wines of Sauternes! An ambitious wine that still needs to settle into place, and one that will be fascinating to follow as it evolves. A superb success!
