The Pinot Gris Vendanges Tardives 2008 of the House Trimbach is a liqueur-like wine which offers a great ageing potential of 15 years, nay more. It has a straw-coloured robe and on the nose, it unveils a very quaffering palette of aromas: riped fruits as the quince, the peach and mango, as well as a light honeyed accent. On the mouth, the wines marries perfectly generosity and elegance thanks to a well balanced acidity. The finish is long and persistant.
