Description

The Riesling cuvée Frédéric Emile Vendanges Tardives 2001 is an off-dry white wine, seductive and elegant. Trimbach creates a textured Late Harvest (Vendanges Tardives) with a great depth. This Riesling is gifted with a nice acidity and a great precision on the whole. The bouquet is complex with a high concentration of fresh nuts, and its freshness prevents it from any heaviness on the palate. Moreover, the length of this wine is incredible and it still has energy to spare. This Riesling is rightfully one of the best "Frédéric Emile Vendanges Tardives" ever produced at Trimbach.
