Maison Tardieu-Laurent’s 2012 Hermitage Blanc can only be summed-up in one word: elegance. Produced from old vines, the 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne is a food-pairing wine with great ageing potential to complement spicy meals. With a straw-tinted, pale yellow hue, the 2012 Hermitage Blanc reveals luscious, rich aromas of acacia, honeysuckle, peach, apricot, and hazelnut. The palace is very graceful, distinguished, with great volume and, most of all, a long finish.
