The estate

Located in the Sangiovese region of Chianti, Tenuta Sette Ponti charms visitors with its timelessly beautiful Tuscan landscapes and its terroir, which produces fine wines.

This estate, whose name resonates with the seven bridges linking the banks of the Arno river between Florence and Arezzo, started a new chapter in its history in the 1950s when the Moretti Cuseri family acquired 50 hectares.

Tenuta Sette Ponti produces refined and elegant wines that are renowned as being among the finest Italian wines.

The vineyard

Tenuta Sette Ponti reigns over more than 300 hectares of land, 54 of which are planted with vines. This exceptional vineyard is planted on a tapestry of soils whose different topologies and altitudes make the estate unique.

The wine

The 2019 vintage celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Oreno wine. For this occasion, a special label adorns the bottle of this great Tuscan wine.

The vintage

The rainy, mild winter preceded a beautifully mild spring, favouring an even and generous vegetative development. The hot and windy summer was punctuated by a few rainy spells that were beneficial to the vineyard. The grapes harvested showcased a high quality with fruity and complex Merlot and elegant and refined Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

Tenuta Sette Ponti's 2019 Toscana Oreno is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
