The vineyard
The Finca Piedra Infinita Malbec is a Mendoza wine from the magnificent Valle de Uco, a terroir nestled between towering mountains, lush valleys, and winding rivers. It is in this enchanting landscape, at the foot of the Andes, that the estate’s vines thrive. This cuvée draws its character from alluvial soils shaped by deposits from the Tunuyán River, rich in limestone. The most promising parcels have been selected, particularly those resting on a sandy and silty layer between 20 and 60 centimeters thick.

Vinification and aging
The harvest is carried out by hand with meticulous attention paid to each bunch. The must is gravity-fed into tanks, thus preserving the berries from mechanical damage and limiting oxidation. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats using indigenous yeasts, guaranteeing a sincere and pure expression of the terroir. The aging of this wine from the Vallée de Uco is also carried out in concrete vats, imparting great depth and remarkable finesse to the wine.
