Domaine Chanson's 2010 Meursault 1er Cru Perrières is produced from one of the most popular Meursault vineyards. The parcel is located halfway up the slope and south of the village. The commanding limestone-clay soil brings rich, mineral character to the single-grape wine. Aged 13 months in oak, 2010 Chardonnay from Burgundy reveals beautiful pale hue, followed by aromatic finesse. The nose exudes flowers, fresh honey, and vanilla. The palate is intense, concentrated, with subtle wood and long finish.
