A legendary estate on the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy, Domaine Ramonet enjoys a worldwide reputation among wine lovers. Founded in 1920 by Pierre Ramonet on his arrival in Burgundy, the estate quickly earned its stripes in France and abroad. Pierre Ramonet exports his wines all over the world and has been supplying starred restaurants since the interwar period. Today, Pierre's grandsons, Noël and Jean-Claude Ramonet, are carrying forward this reputation and know-how by preserving the winemaking techniques and style handed down from generation to generation. The Ramonet estate is thus considered as one of the most respected references in Chassagne-Montrachet.

The 17 hectares of vineyards overseen by the Ramonet family for 3 generations are located between Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. These plots are present in more than 24 appellations and are located on exceptional terroirs. Chassagne-Montrachet is a land of white wines, where Chardonnay and Aligoté are the main grape varieties grown. They occupy 10 hectares of the total production. Pinot Noir and Gamay occupy the 7 hectares of vines dedicated to the red wines of Domaine Ramonet.

The white wines produced by the Ramonet brothers are major players in the region and come from the greatest appellations such as Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru, Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru, Montrachet Grand Cru and Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru.

Domaine Ramonet is distinguished by its white wines, which combine freshness, vivacity and fullness, while the red wines are characterised by a beautiful power and concentration, predestining them to evolve well with age.
