2010 Pommard 1er Cru (Pinot Noir)
Domaine Chanson’s 2010 Pommard 1er Cru Charmots is produced from one of the appellation most famous 1er Cru vineyard. The parcel is located at the top of the south-east facing slope, and lied on limestone-clay soil. This 2010 Burgundy is a Pinot Noir aged in oak for 16 months. The deep ruby hued vintage reveals pleasant complex aromas: intense red fruits, anise, and spices. The complex palate offers lovely balance, with well-built wood and powerful tannins.
