2015 Saint-Emilion Premier Cru Classé from Bordeaux.
The 2015 Chateau Canon is a Premier Cru Classé of Saint-Emilion and displays an intense carmine red colour. The fresh and elegant nose gives off redcurrant and raspberry aromas which evolve towards spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is precise, vibrant and airy. The tannins are refined, silky and offer a fabulous unctuousness as well as a smooth and soft texture which is characteristic of the vintage ripeness. On finish, a very good length reveals the distinguished aspect of the wine.
