A Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion, Château Clos de Sarpe is in constant search for excellence with each new vintage.

The ageing
Ageing in new French oak barrels (70%), and barrels of one previous wine (30%).
The blend
Merlot (85%), cabernet franc (15%).
The tasting
