A High-Altitude Provence Rosé with Vibrant Freshness
The Estate
Located facing Mont Sainte-Victoire, the Château Grand Boise is an emblematic estate of Provence led by Jean Simonet. With a centuries-old winemaking history, the property stretches across a spectacular landscape of preserved wooded terraces. The estate produces wines in the appellations Côtes de Provence and Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire. Its mosaic of 77 plots allows a precise parcel-by-parcel approach, delivering exceptional cuvées.
The Vineyard
Perched on the heights of Provence, the vineyard of Château Grand Boise benefits from a unique terroir composed of clay-limestone soils and pink marble, predominantly north-facing. These conditions, combined with altitude and demanding organic farming practices, ensure freshness, complexity and balance in all of the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire wines.
Winemaking and Aging
The grapes are gently pressed, then vinified in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature to preserve primary aromas. Aging on fine lees adds roundness and complexity while respecting the terroir’s identity.
Blend
Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.
