Created in 2005, the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation is in the Provence wine region and is spread over more than 500 hectares. Enjoying a climate with continental influences, the vines are planted in soils consisting of clay, limestone, and sandstone. The Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire produces rosé (Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah) and red wines (Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon). The rosés develop tart red fruit (cherry and raspberry) aromas with subtle menthol and spicy notes. They are round in the mouth and have a tart, persistent finish. The Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire red wines have black fruit (blackberry and blueberry), leather, forest floor and fruit steeped in alcohol aromas. On the palate, the wines have a dense mouthfeel with rich, lively tannins.
