Château Hermitage Saint-Martin : Ikon 2012

Château Hermitage Saint Martin 2012 Ikon Rosé comes from an 18 hectare vineyard and is a blend of Grenache and Cinsault. The vines are orientated North/South and cultivated as a hillside vineyard, at the foot of Cuers rocky ridges. Aged in vats and on lees, the 2012 Ikon Rosé vintage of Château Hermitage Saint Martin is a gastronomic rosé with a rare style: it allies freshness and complexity. It is rich and sophisticated and seduces with its aromatic finesse. The nose of this Côtes de Provence releases elegant and complex fragrances. The palate is suave with a nice minerality and a persistent finish.
