A rosé wine from the Côtes de Provence appellation, the iKon Rosé of Château Hermitage Saint-Martin is produced from a vineyard of 3 hectares cultivated with practices of organic agriculture. The vines benefit from very stony clay-limestone soils. The iKon Rosé 2016 of Château Hermitage Saint-Martin is made of a blend of Grenache and Cinsault. The ageing of the wine is carried out in tanks on fine lees, before filtration and bottling.
The IKon Rosé 2016 of château Hermitage Saint-Martin displays a beautiful pale pink colour, rich and sophisticated. The elegant nose develops great complexity. The wine is smooth on the palate, offering a nice minerality while remaining very elegant. On the finish, the iKon Rosé 2016 reveals a beautiful aromatic persistence.
