Following a sucesssful 2009 vintage, Chateau Lynch Bages 2010 came to rival it. The wine possesses a character of expressive, but refined fruits. The nose of this Pauillac is dominated by perfectly ripe fruits that are intensely concentrated such as blackcurrant, black cherry and saeet plum. Its rich and velvety tannins are beautifully balanced by a bright acidity. The finish is long and lingering, bolstered by the freshness of its fruit.

Wine Advocate-Parker :
Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Lynch Bages comes sailing out of the glass with notes of redcurrant jelly, black cherry compote and cassis plus wafts of smoked meats, tar, cigar box and dried roses. Full-bodied, the palate is stacked with red and black fruit layers, framed by ripe, firm, fine-grained tannins and fantastic freshness, finishing very long.
