Thanks to its balance, condensation, freshness and appetence, Rieussec 2015
renews with those great and quite recent years that the bordelais counts among its very productive years (1997,1999,2001,2005,2007,2009,2010,2013). This Sauternes
from Château Rieussec
shows an intense golden yellow robe. On the nose, it is seductive, condensed and rich on pure and clean aromatic expressions of fresh pineapple, candied lemon, yellow rose with a few hints of white flower. The fruit appears as pure and savoury. On the mouth, the wine is sensual with a precise attack unveiling a straightforward acidity from the beginning to the finish, and highly contributes to the digestability and aery aspect of the sauternes. The dessert wine is broad and very digestible at the same time, still with harmony and quaffer. The retro-olfaction of guava juice is delicious and the feeling of crunching the grape marks the mind. The wine is lingering with this very expressive finish. It is a radiant Rieussec.

Wine Advocate-Parker :
A blend of 86% Sémillon and 14% Sauvignon Blanc, the 2015 Rieussec reveals a bright, pale straw-gold color and is a little closed at this youthful stage, yet it offers wonderful purity and depth, featuring notes of lemon marmalade, orange blossoms, beeswax and acacia honey with hints of preserved kumquats and peach compote. Very elegant and fine in the medium to full-bodied mouth, it features a racy backbone cutting through the earthy and citrus layers, finishing long and spicy.
