The Côtes de Provence La Londe appellation covers more than 150 hectares shared among Bormes les Mimosas, La Crau, Hyères and La Londe les Maures in the Provence wine region. The vines benefit from a Mediterranean climate and are grown in various soils mainly composed of phyllade (slate or clay schist), pebble, sandstone, quartzite or ancient alluvial deposits. The Côtes de Provence La Londe appellation produces rosé (Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, etc.), white (Rolle, Clairette, Sémillon, Ugni Blanc) and red wines (Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, etc.).
