Domaine Courbis : La Sabarotte 2011

The Cornas La Sabarotte 2011 from Domaine Courbis displays an almost black garnet-tinted red colour. It is strong and seductive on the nose, market by ripped dark berry on a grilled backbone with more vanilla and smoky notes. On the palate, the 2011 La Sabarotte offers a good complexity with strong and broad tannins, as well as blackcurrant, pepper and liquorice flavours. The finish is sweet and spicy.
