The estate
A benchmark in Chablis, the Domaine Laroche is rooted in a millennial history dating back to the 9th century. Since 2009, it has been part of the Advini group, which carefully perpetuates its heritage by producing wines of great precision, with a crystalline expression and affirmed elegance. Each of the estate's crus embodies the richness and diversity of the Chablis climates, revealing all their aromatic subtlety.

The vineyard
With 90 hectares exclusively dedicated to the Premiers and Grands Crus of Chablis, the Domaine Laroche vineyard is managed according to the principles of agroecology. This environmentally respectful approach reflects the estate's commitment to sustainable viticulture, concerned with the preservation of terroirs.

The wine
Produced from a plot of 3.41 hectares, the Chablis 1er Cru "Les Beauroys" is made from vines of about 30 years old, planted on south to south-east facing slopes. The Kimmeridgian soil, composed of marly limestones typical of the region, gives the wine a lively structure, a pronounced minerality and a beautiful aromatic complexity.

Vinification and aging
Harvested with the utmost care, the whole bunches are immediately pressed in a pneumatic press to preserve the purity of the fruit. From fermentation, the juices are divided between oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The aging, which makes measured use of new wood, gives the wine a harmonious structure, while maintaining freshness and balance.
