In 2011 Marc Sorrel created a generous, scrumptious, and accessible white Hermitage, even though this wine can be appreciated until circa 2015. This yellow-tinted 2011 white Hermitage is quite expressive on the nose, franker and easier than 2011 Les Rocoules. This wine expresses delicious notes of honeysuckle, pear and acacia honey. The palate is pleasant, offers the nose fruit and easily reveals itself. Less dense than 2011 Les Rocoules, this white remains a good introduction to the range of Marc Sorrel's white wines.
