Les Terres Brulées is a blend of 20 very representative parcels of Cornas appellation. The grapes are harvest manually, de-stemmed and vinified in controlled temperature vats The wine is then aged in oak barrels (of which only 1/3 new) for 18 months. The deep black colour has nice purple glints. The nose presents notes of blackcurrant, raspberries but also spices, liquorice and coffee. The mouth is powerful but elegant with a long finish.
