An iconic Burgundian estate, Louis Latour has been actively committed to sustainable and environmentally respectful viticulture since 1996.
The vineyard
This Chassagne-Montrachet Village from Louis Latour comes from a vineyard averaging 30 years of age, rooted in the chalky and clay soils typical of Burgundy.

Hand-harvested, the grapes undergo traditional fermentation in oak barrels. 100% malolactic fermentation. This Chassagne-Montrachet wine is aged for 8 to 10 months in French oak barrels crafted by Louis Latour’s cooperage.
