An exceptional wine from Château Minuty produced in A.O.C Côtes de Provence, the Château Minuty Rosé 281 2017 is an emblematic wine of the estate, produced each year in very limited quantities. Housed in a refined and unique bottle, Château Minuty 281 2017 is adorned with the blue color of Pantone 281, hence its name.
Illustrating the natural characteristics of the great terroirs of Château Minuty, the Château Minuty Rosé 281 2017 results from a blend of a clonal selection of Grenache, on vines aged 25 years on average, with Cinsault and Syrah from the best parcels of the estate.
The Château Minuty 281 2017 is the iconic wine of the estate and has all the qualities of an exceptional rosé. At the moment of tasting, the olfactory palette seduces with its intensity and complexity. The subtle white fruit aromas include those of vine peaches and silky apricots, combined with fresh, slightly iodised notes. The palate is very deep and offers a beautiful texture, following the elegance of a mineral-rich frame. An exceptional rosé by Château Minuty.
