Fourth vintage wine of this cuvée, the 2012 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Le Domaine de Terre Ferme of Domaines Paul Jaboulet-Aîné is 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvèdre.
The 2012 reveals a deep ruby red colour. The wine gives off intense red berry, black berry, lavender, mild spices with mineral accents and citrus peels aromas which gradually develop as the wine opens up. The 2012 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Le Domaine de Terre Ferme offers a scrumptious nose and a precise palate. This wine is lingering and vibrant with juicy flavours of black cherry and wild raspberry. The finish is long, sweet and spicy, enhanced by subtle tannins which give depth to this Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
